I have so much to share.

There is so much to tell you. I hope that I can catch up tomorrow. Please know that we can see God at work. I have seen my eyes open to so many things. Many things about myself. I will share as I have time. Sending love to you and my Awesome family. Lynn, thank you so much for giving me this opportunity. I love you soooooo much.
P.S. These pictures are from Sarah Ellen's camera. Don't have away to load mine.

Our flight to Rome

We flew to Cinncinati, Ohio then to New York, Kennedy then to Rome. It seemed like we were always in a rush to get where we needed to be. We had a little wait in New York, just enough for us to eat.  Getting off the plane in New York the steps were VERY steep. Dolores was going down them first. When I turned to check on her she was at the on the ground on her bottom with her legs in the air. I wanted to laugh but I was afraid she was hurt. Next thing I knew she was up and on her way. SHE IS A WALKING MACHINE. Never missing a beat. The rest of us would ride the moving sidewalks but not her. Who says a 74 year old woman can't go on a Mission with God! We loaded the plane to Rome and I thought WOW. I had never seen a plane that large. Everyone is trying to secure a place to put our carry on luggage. Finally all was placed and we settled in for what I thought was going to be a Great opportunity to get some sleep. NOT! I even took me a little pill to help out. Most of us only got a a little sleep. They never turned the light out.

We're off to see the missionaries, the wonderful missionaries of God!

This is the information that I had to post from the first day of the trip.
I was awake all night trying to finish everything not wanting to worry about what I was leaving behind. We loaded the car at 4:30 and headed to pick up Dolores. After getting to the church, we loaded the bus and headed to Little Rock. We had lots of help getting our tickets and off to the gates we went. Saying goodbye to Lynn is always so hard. Sarah Ellen didn't know about her 3-in-one bag so we were trying to get her stuff together before we got to the scanner. As we moved to the scanner we removed our shoes and loaded our stuff in the boxes. I was really worried about the liquid make-up I placed in Sarah Ellen's bag. My things scanned and as I was trying to get my shoes the security guard saw me get my carry on bag and called me over to the side area. She wanted to know what was in the Foil Paper. I began to chuckle. Bro. David had requested Dolores to make her famous fudge. She did and wrapped it in foil paper (not  a good idea), placed it in a baggie and put in a bag. Some how it found it's home in my bag. I explained that it was fudge. She took it and my bag and rescanned them then sent me on my way. We have had several laughs over the fudge bomb!!!!

Resting

Doberdon, Hello to everyone! Just a little information while we are resting. This is the first day that I have had access to a computer. We are having a great time but are very tired. I can't wait to share with all of you what is going on. Hopefully I will have time tonight to post some pictures and tell you all about it. I will tell you a funny story. Bro. David ordered fudge from Dolores. She made it and wrapped it in foil and put it in a plastic bag. I ended up with it in my carry on bag. While we waited in line for our turn I was helping Dolores (AKA Sister) and Sarah Ellen not really paying attention to my things. We loaded our things into the boxes and sent them through the scanner. They pulled me aside and wanted to know what was in the foil. I started laughing and tried to explain what was in there. She took it out scanned it and rescanned my bag. They let me through and I got to keep the fudge.  Hope you all laugh as much as we did. Thank you all for your prayers and support. Continue to pray that God will use us.
